Certificate III in Individual Support (Home and Community)

This qualification provides foundation training for community services workers who assist people in the community. The course covers delivery of supervised person-centred care to clients who need assistance for a range of reasons including aging and disabilities.  Completing the Certificate III in Individual Support can provide enhanced employment opportunities and pathways to further studies in the aged care, disability and nursing sectors. To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

Entry Requirements

Overseas students require an IELTS 5.5 with no band less than 5, or equivalent, as determined by HGT Australia International College.
