Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)

Completing the Certificate III in Individual Support can provide enhanced employment opportunities and pathways to further studies in the aged care, disability or nursing sectors.

This course is designed for people entering the Aged Care for the first time, as well as existing workers looking to improve their qualifications.  During the course, you will learn to deliver support and care for older people in residential aged care under direct guidance and supervision.

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

Entry Requirements

Overseas students require an IELTS 5.5 with no band less than 5, or equivalent, as determined by HGT Australia International College.
